For this session, a certified facilitator administers the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) instrument to help the participant better understand his or her responses to workplace conflict. The CDP measures situations and behaviors that can trigger conflict for individuals and provides insight into how leaders respond to conflict once it is provoked. The instrument is sent out by email and taken ahead of time online. (Typically completed in 20 minutes.) A feedback session is scheduled via webinar and includes the following:

Building on Ruby Payne’s pedagogical philosophies about educating those in poverty, the curriculum uses story-telling, entertaining activities, and casual register making CMAP accessible to adults from a wide range of educational backgrounds. The digital curriculum package is comprised of two parts: the basic curriculum and the executive staff summary.

  • The Basic Curriculum includes 12 one-hour lessons that focus on equipping students to effectively manage conflict in their workplace, neighborhood, and family.

Building on Ruby Payne’s pedagogical philosophies about educating those in poverty, the curriculum uses story-telling, entertaining activities, and casual register making CMAP accessible to adults from a wide range of educational backgrounds. The digital curriculum package is comprised of two parts: the basic curriculum and the executive staff summary.

What Is Included In This Package
  • The Basic Curriculum includes 12 one-hour lessons that focus on equipping students to effectively manage conflict in their workplace, neighborhood, and family.
  • The Executive Staff Summary is 3-hour training session to educate the staff on the conflict resolution principles and practices taught in the basic curriculum. As a result, staff will be equipped to support students/clients in applying the conflict resolution skills.
